North Felixstowe Garden Neighbourhood - early opportunity/meanwhile use workshop
Fri 26th Apr 2024 at 13:00We're planning on holding an online workshop open to the public about Meanwhile Uses for the site on May 13th from 6-7pm.
There is limited space for this therefore you need to apply via the below link to the eventsbrite page. The ambition for this session is to discuss early opportunities and meanwhile uses for the North Felixstowe Garden Neighbourhood. This is about thinking what types of things we could try to bring forward ahead of the subsequent phases of the masterplan which would benefit the local community and help reflect our priorities.

Environmental Impact Assessment Scoping Opinion Request Submitted
Fri 8th Mar 2024 at 12:00We have recently submitted submitted the Environmental Impact Assessment Scoping Opinion Request to the ESC Planning Department.
This is the initial step in evaluating the potential for likely significant effects to inform the scope of the Environmental Statement that will be prepared in support of an Outline Planning Application.
The aim of the EIA process is to ensure that the Proposed Development has due regard for the environment, minimises adverse environmental effects and takes advantage of opportunities for environmental enhancement.
We wanted to let everyone know because in the past these submissions have caused concern locally as they have been confused with actual planning applications. This is a technical document for review by the Local Planning Authority and does not require public comment.
